Images Used In Our Photo Gifts

We endeavour to bring you the best results when printing our photo gifts. As a result certain image sizes are unsuitable. Using the information below please ensure your image files are of a suitable quality. An image of unsuitable quality may slow down your order or on rare occasions if we deem it unsuitable we will issue a refund.

• Send us a copy of the original image without any re-sizing etc.
• Mobile phone images are normally NOT suitable for printing. 
• We CANNOT print Trademarked or Copyrighted images. Photos or logos downloaded from the internet are protected by the owner of the image and again we are unable to print such images.

Try and ensure your image is at 300dpi or higher. For items such as a mug then a minmum file size of around 1Mb is usually acceptable. Obviously the larger the item you want personalised then the bigger the image needs to be.

When we use your image please be aware that we may need to do some colour correction and crop the image to ensure it fits on to your chosen product. This will always be done sympathetically and in such a way to get the best results.
